Our story
How we got here
LaxenTech started in 2018 with a straightforward observation: most custom software projects fail not because the technology is hard, but because the engineering team never understood the operation it was meant to serve. We set out to build a company where every engineer sits close enough to the business problem to feel the consequences of a bad deploy.
Seven years on, we have shipped over 140 production systems across logistics, healthcare, energy and financial services. Our team spans 12 countries, but the culture has not changed: write clear code, communicate directly, and measure everything that matters. We still review every pull request the same way we did at five people.
