Most engagements run between $50,000 and $500,000 depending on complexity and duration. We price by the project, not by the hour. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before we start.
Small integrations: 6 to 10 weeks. Custom platforms: 12 to 24 weeks. Technical audits: 2 to 4 weeks. We scope aggressively and deliver in two-week sprints so you see progress early.
Both. What matters is the problem, not the company size. If the work is interesting and the team is serious, we are interested.
Technical
We are stack-agnostic and choose tools based on the problem. That said, most of our work uses TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and either AWS or GCP. We avoid hype-driven choices.
That is literally what our systems integration practice does. We connect to anything with an API — and for systems without one, we build adapters.
Every engagement includes a 90-day hypercare window. After that, we offer retainer-based support agreements with SLAs starting at 99.9% uptime.
Security is built in from day one, not bolted on at the end. We follow OWASP guidelines, run automated security scanning in CI, and every project gets a security review before launch.
Process
Weekly status updates, a shared Slack channel, and a working demo at the end of every two-week sprint. No surprises.
They always do. We use a change request process that keeps scope visible and costs predictable. Small changes are absorbed. Large changes get a mini-scoping exercise.
A technical lead who owns architecture decisions, one to four engineers depending on scope, and a project manager who owns communication and delivery. The same people stay on your project from start to finish.
