The problem
Meridian processed 4,000 orders per day across three warehouses, but the pipeline was held together by CSV exports, manual email handoffs and a shared Google Sheet that broke every Monday. Fulfilment errors were running at 12%, costing the company roughly $180K per quarter in returns and reshipping.
Solution
What we built
We designed an event-driven integration layer connecting their WMS, ERP and carrier APIs. Every order state change fires an event, downstream systems react in real time, and a monitoring dashboard gives the ops team a single view of every order in flight. We migrated warehouse by warehouse over six weeks, running the old and new systems in parallel until data parity was confirmed.
